Processing Times
• All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
• During peak seasons, restocks, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
• You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Standard Shipping (U.S.):
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after processing
Expedited Shipping:
• Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after processing
• Additional fees apply
International Shipping:
• Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days
• Customs fees, duties, or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
• Carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.)
• Incorrect shipping information
• Weather conditions
• Customs processing for international orders
We will always do our best to help you track your package and resolve issues.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
• We can reship it once the correct address is provided
• Additional shipping charges may apply
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your package:
• Contact the carrier first to open an inquiry
